{"abstract":"The Small Business Administration (SBA) is establishing a size standard of $10 million in average annual receipts for Help Supply Services--Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 7363. The current size standard for this industry is $5.0 million. This revision is made to better define the size of business in this industry that SBA believes should be eligible for Federal small business assistance programs.
