{"abstract":"The Office of Federal Procurement Policy, Cost Accounting Standards Board, is revising applicability, thresholds and procedures for the application of the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to negotiated government contracts. This rulemaking is authorized pursuant to Section 26 of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act.
