{"abstract":"On February 8, 2000, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey. This review covers one producer/exporter, the Borusan Group, during the period May 1, 1998, through April 30, 1999. Based on our analysis of comments received, we have made changes in the margin calculations. Although the exact weighted-average dumping margin in the final results has changed, it remains de minimis as in the preliminary results.
