{"abstract":"The National Endowment for the Arts (Endowment) is issuing interim regulations governing the collection of debts owed to it and other Federal agencies. These regulations describe actions that the Endowment may take to collect such debts. These regulations also provide that the Endowment will enter into a cross-servicing agreement with the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) under which the Treasury will take authorized action to collect amounts owed to the Endowment.
