{"abstract":"The Secretary makes technical amendments to the Student Assistance General Provisions, Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program, William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program, and the State Student Incentive Grant (SSIG) Program regulations. These amendments are necessary to change the name of the SSIG Program to the Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (LEAP) Program, correct cross- references, and delete obsolete references.
