{"abstract":"The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is considering the establishment of a viticultural area located in southern San Joaquin County, California, to be known as \"River Junction.\" This proposed viticultural area is the result of a petition filed by Mr. Ronald W. McManis.
