{"abstract":"In this document we revise and streamline the public file and notice requirements set forth in the Commission's cable television rules. The rules reduce the regulatory burden faced by cable operators with regard to public file requirements by: reorganizing the public file requirements; providing cable operators with an alternative to maintaining a paper public file; eliminating outdated public file requirements; and, expanding the definition of small cable systems for purposes of the public inspection rules.
