{"abstract":"The Commission is amending its procedures for requesting confidential treatment of records submitted to the Commission when no other procedures are applicable. It is also amending its procedures for requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act and for requesting, amending, or correcting records about individuals under the Privacy Act of 1974.
