{"abstract":"We are soliciting public comment to help us develop options for an equine viral arteritis regulatory program for horses within the United States. Equine viral arteritis is primarily a respiratory disease of horses. Equine viral arteritis is not widespread in the United States; however, the equine industry within the United States regards the disease as a potentially significant and increasing economic threat.
