{"abstract":"The purpose of this rule is to seek comments on changing the title of the Blueberry Promotion, Research, and Information Order to the \"Promotion, Research, and Information Order for Cultivated Blueberries\" and the title for the U.S.A. Blueberry Council (USABC) to the \"U.S.A.
