{"abstract":"The Postal Service is amending the interim rule on Priority Mail Global Guaranteed service to establish it as a permanent international mail service, to announce a name change, and to expand the service to include a new classification for non-document (merchandise) shipments. This interim rule will also extend the optional insurance coverage to non-documents and establish and publish rates for the non-document service.
