{"abstract":"The FHWA is issuing a final rule amending its regulation prescribing policies, procedures, and reimbursement provisions for the relocation and adjustment of existing utility facilities, and for the accommodation of new utility facilities and private lines on the right- of-way of Federal-aid and direct Federal highway projects.
