{"abstract":"This rule amends current requirements governing refugee cash assistance and refugee medical assistance and provides States the option to establish the refugee cash assistance program as a public/ private partnership between States and local resettlement agencies or to continue the refugee cash assistance program as a publicly- administered program. A proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on January 8, 1999 (64 FR 1159).
