{"abstract":"This rule amends a prior interim final rule that increased the quantity of Class 3 (Native) spearmint oil produced in the Far West that handlers may purchase from, or handle for, producers during the 1999-2000 marketing year. The prior interim final rule increased the Native spearmint oil salable quantity by 102,311 pounds from 1,125,755 pounds to 1,228,066 pounds, and the allotment percentage by 5 percent from 55 percent to 60 percent. This rule increases the Native spearmint oil salable quantity by an additional 81,849 pounds from 1,228,066 to 1,309,915 pounds, and the allotment percentage by an additional 4 percent from 60 percent to 64 percent.
