{"abstract":"This final rule amends HUD's regulations on Uniform Financial Reporting Standards to provide for certain entities subject to these standards an annual financial report filing date that is no later than 90 days after the end of the entity's fiscal year. This amendment provides these entities with an additional 30 days to prepare and submit their annual financial reports.
