{"abstract":"This document makes various corrections to HUD's October 21, 1999 final rule implementing the statutory merger of the Section 8 tenant-based certificate and voucher programs into the new Housing Choice Voucher program. Additionally, this document corrects several regulatory provisions of the new Section 8 merger program that were not part of the October 21, 1999 final rule.
