{"abstract":"The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is increasing fees by approximately 4.8 percent for all hourly rates and certain unit rates. The fees apply to federal rice inspection performed under the Agricultural Marketing Act (AMA) of 1946.
