{"abstract":"On January 8, 2001, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results and partial rescission of the fourth new shipper review and the preliminary rescission of the third antidumping duty administrative review of the antidumping duty order on brake rotors from the People's Republic of China. See Brake Rotors from the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of the Fourth New Shipper Review and Rescission of the Third Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 66 FR 1303 (January 8, 2001) (Preliminary Results). The new shipper review initially covered two respondents and the administrative review was requested for three exporter/producer combinations (see \"Background\" section below for further discussion). The period of review is April 1, 1999, through March 31, 2000. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based on the additional publicly available information used in these final results and the comments received from the interested parties, we have made changes in the margin calculation for the one respondent in the new shipper review.
