{"abstract":"In response to a timely request from Green Fresh Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd., on October 2, 2000, the Department of Commerce published a notice of initiation of a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China with respect to the above-mentioned exporter. The period of review is February 1, 2000, through July 31, 2000. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews, 65 FR 58735 (October 2, 2000). As a result of this review, the Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that a dumping margin exists for exports of the subject merchandise for the covered period. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
