{"abstract":"The EPA is taking direct final action approving revisions to the East Helena Lead (Pb) State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Government of Montana on November 27, 2000. The revisions make minor modifications to Asarco's control strategy in the Pb SIP. The intended effect of this action is to make the revisions federally enforceable.
