{"abstract":"This rule amends the Department's organizational regulations to revise the description of the functions and responsibilities of the Office of the Inspector General. The amendments concern the jurisdiction of the Office of the Inspector General to investigate allegations of misconduct by employees of the Federal bureau of Investigation and Drug Enforcement Administration.
