{"abstract":"The purpose of this notice is to announce that the U.S. Department of Transportation, through the ITS Joint Program Office (JPO), has developed a procedure for the introduction and integration of a new user service into the National ITS Architecture, as well as other significant changes encompassing several existing user services in the National ITS Architecture . This procedure will aid stakeholders in determining how to articulate their transportation needs for integration into the National ITS Architecture.
