{"abstract":"On April 23, 2001, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium for the period September 4, 1998 through December 31, 1999. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to ALZ N.V.'s net subsidy rate, and, as a result, the final results differ from the preliminary results.
