{"abstract":"Section 15(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act, requires manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of consumer products to report possible substantial product hazards to the Commission. The Consumer Product Safety Commission publishes a final amendment to its interpretative rule advising manufacturers, distributors, and retailers how to comply with the requirements of section 15(b).
