{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is establishing temporary security zones of 200 yards around all tank vessels greater than 20,000 deadweight tons (DWT) in the Captain of the Port Zone, Prince William Sound, Alaska. These vessel-centered security zones are needed to protect tank vessels from damage or injury from sabotage, destruction or other subversive acts.
