{"abstract":"This rule revises and clarifies the procedures used by Indian tribes and individuals to request the Secretary of the Interior to acquire title to land into trust on their behalf. It describes the criteria that the Secretary will use in determining whether to exercise his or her authority to accept title to land to be held in trust for the benefit of Indian tribes and individuals.
