{"abstract":"EPA is approving the serious area particulate matter (PM-10) plan for the Maricopa County portion of the metropolitan Phoenix (Arizona) PM-10 nonattainment area. We are also granting Arizona's request to extend the Clean Air Act deadline for attaining the annual and 24-hour PM-10 standards in the area from 2001 to 2006.
