{"abstract":"The EPA is granting Michigan final authorization of revisions to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). EPA published a proposed rule on February 28, 2002 at 67 FR 9225 and provided for public comment. The public comment period ended on April 15, 2002. We received comments from two commenters, addressed below. No further opportunity for comment will be provided.
