{"abstract":"This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication regulations to provide for payment of a monetary allowance for an individual with disability from one or more covered birth defects who is a child of a woman Vietnam veteran and to provide for the identification of covered birth defects, to implement recent legislation.
