{"abstract":"The Secretary amends the Institutional Eligibility Under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as Amended; Student Assistance General Provisions; General Provisions for the Federal Perkins Loan Program, Federal Work-Study Program, and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program; Federal Perkins Loan (Perkins Loan) Program; Federal Work-Study (FWS) Programs; Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program; William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program; Federal Pell Grant Program; and Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) regulations.
