{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce has received information sufficient to warrant initiation of a changed-circumstances review of the antidumping order on certain preserved mushrooms from India. Based on this information, we preliminarily determine that KICM (MADRAS) Limited is the successor-in-interest to Hindustan Lever Limited for purposes of determining antidumping duty liability.
