{"abstract":"The Commission recently reorganized the sections defining \"contributions\" and \"expenditures,\" and also redesignated other sections. These technical amendments correct cites in title 11 of the Code of Federal Regulations to bring the regulations into conformity with the designation. Additionally, the final rules correct typographical mistakes made in the recently promulgated Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act rulemakings.
