{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is establishing three security zones on the Colorado River: one surrounding the Hoover Dam, the second one surrounding the Davis Dam, and the third zone surrounding the Glen Canyon Dam. These actions are necessary to ensure public safety and prevent sabotage or terrorist acts against the public and commercial structures and individuals near or upon these structures.
