{"abstract":"We are amending the regulations regarding the payment of indemnity for animals destroyed because of bovine tuberculosis to provide that the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service will pay owners of the animals an indemnity equal to the difference between the net salvage received and the appraised value of the animals destroyed, up to $3,000 per animal.
