{"abstract":"The United States International Trade Commission (Commission) is amending its rules of practice and procedure on an interim basis and requests comments on the amendments. These amendments are necessary to implement provisions of Public Law 106-286 that require the Commission to conduct new types of investigations of market disruption or trade diversion and reviews of relief actions.
