{"abstract":"The National Park Service (NPS) is adopting this final rule to designate as snowmobile routes on NPS administered Appalachian National Scenic Trail lands, portions of snowmobile trails that are part of a State-approved network of snowmobile routes and that cross the Appalachian Trail corridor. Snowmobile use on these routes is established.
