{"abstract":"The FMCSA proposes to amend the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) so that motor carriers ensure that each commercial motor vehicle (CMV) they operate in interstate commerce displays a label certifying that the vehicle complies with all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSSs) in effect on the date of manufacture.
