{"abstract":"We are adopting as a final rule, with two changes, an interim rule that amended the animal import regulations to require horses, ruminants, and swine that are imported from regions of the world where screwworm is considered to exist to be inspected and treated, under certain conditions, for screwworm. In the interim rule, we also amended the regulations to require dogs that are imported from regions of the world where screwworm is considered to exist to be inspected, and if necessary, treated for screwworm.
