{"abstract":"This document amends the Commission's rules to reflect the reorganization of the existing Cable Services and Mass Media Bureaus into a new Media Bureau. The Commission also transfers the Multipoint Distribution and Instructional Television Fixed Services from the Mass Media Bureau to the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
