{"abstract":"Under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and 40 CFR 721.185, EPA is amending two significant new use rules (SNURs) to allow certain uses without requiring a significant new use notice (SNUN). EPA is amending these rules based on review of new toxicity and exposure data.
