{"abstract":"EPA is approving the maintenance plan for the Steptoe Valley Central area in Nevada and granting the request submitted by the State to redesignate this area from nonattainment to attainment for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>).
