{"abstract":"This document amends the regulations governing rates of educational assistance payable under the Montgomery GI Bill--Active Duty and Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance programs to reflect increases required by statutory provisions. These include increases that were effective October 1, 2001, and January 1, 2002, in both programs.
