{"abstract":"RSPA is proposing changes to the hazard communication requirements of the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR), including revisions of the specifications for labels and placards, based on petitions for rulemaking, requests for clarification, and our own belief that clarifications and improvements in the HMR may be appropriate.
