{"abstract":"Virginia applied to EPA for final authorization of revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). EPA has made a determination that all these revisions to the Virginia hazardous waste program, with the exception of the Hazardous Waste Lamps Rule, 64 FR 36466, (July 6, 1999), satisfy all requirements necessary for final authorization.
