{"abstract":"These special conditions are issued to CenTex Aerospace, Inc.: 7805 Karl May Drive; Waco, Texas 76708 for modifications to the Raytheon/Beech Model 58 airplane. The airplanes, modified by CenTex, will have a novel or unusual design feature(s) associated with the installation of engines that use an electronic engine control system in place of the engine's mechanical system. The applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for this design feature.
