{"abstract":"The Bureau of Land Management has received a request from the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to withdraw 640 acres of public land from surface entry and mining to protect and manage breeding ground for migratory birds and other wildlife values. Administrative jurisdiction of the land would be transferred to the Fish and Wildlife Service for inclusion in the Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
