{"abstract":"EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) and the Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). The ICAPCD revision concerns the emission of particulate matter (PM-10) from agricultural burning. The MBUAPCD revision concerns the emission of PM-10 from incinerator burning.
