{"abstract":"This document relaxes and updates certain regulations for unlicensed devices, to allow for improved operations. It also grants a petition for reconsideration concerning the acceptance of foreign laboratory accreditations and grants a petition for declaratory ruling concerning the certification requirements for transmitters in the private land mobile radio services.
