{"abstract":"The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has submitted to EPA requested revisions to its Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) State Implementation Plan (SIP). Due to the receipt of adverse comments, EPA is withdrawing its January 15, 2003 direct final action, which conditionally approved the state's submission.
