{"abstract":"This action adopts certain amendments proposed in Notice No. 02-20, Area Navigation (RNAV) and Miscellaneous Amendments. Specifically, this action revises or adopts several definitions in FAA regulations, including Air Traffic Service routes, in part to be in concert with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) definitions; reorganizes the structure of FAA regulations concerning the Designation of Class A, B, C, D, and E Airspace Areas; Airways; Routes; and Reporting Points, without changing the intent of the rule; and incorporates by reference two FAA Orders on Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) and Flight Procedures and Airspace, into the Code of Federal Regulations.
